Hi Brian: the latest Ubuntu (7.04) has been recently installed-so far so good: NO GRUB ERROR 2 !
However since the config is dual-boot (Ubuntu & Win XP) and since Win XP requires frequent S-L-O-W re-booting can the initial OS selection screen be changed so that Win appears on TOP (instead of last choice) ? If so, i can request re-boot in Win & walk away for a cup of coffee knowing that Win will launch instead of Ubuntu (default if no operator present).
