The problem I described doesn't seem to occur all the time, but I don't know what causes it, why it disappears and then reappears.
For example it seems like the problem disappears temporarily after opening the video by clicking the "Open with Videos" button from the preview window and then closing it, but it reappears after some time. Is there anything I can do to help in finding what causes the problem?
