It's a grub issue. After downgraded grub(2.02-2ubuntu8.15 -> 2.02-2ubuntu8) and shim(15+1533136590.3beb971-0ubuntu1 -> 13-0ubuntu2), can't reproduce this issue 4.15.0-1081-oem (0/10)
