Public bug reported:

In version 1.3.4-0ubuntu4 we changed the name of the binary package
containing the dev files to actually match what we have upstream. Some
other packages are currently blocked in proposed because they expect
golang-github-containerd-containerd-dev and the binary does not exist in
the archive (i.e. cadvisor [1]). In Debian this change was made already
[2] (not so clear when after checking only the changelog).

This transition should not be a problem because there is no reverse
dependency:

$ reverse-depends -r groovy golang-github-docker-containerd-dev
No reverse dependencies found
$ reverse-depends -b -r groovy golang-github-docker-containerd-dev
No reverse dependencies found

So please, remove the golang-github-docker-containerd-dev binary package
from Groovy.
