That change is included in postfix 3.4.11 which is, of course, just after the one that's in 20.04. "Someone" (i.e. not me) should look into an SRU to update postfix. It has an existing microversion release authorization from the Tech Board, so it shouldn't be too hard, it just takes someone involved in Ubuntu development to turn the crank on the process.
