No. REISUB doesn't work. Mouse and keyboard doesn't work during the freeze. I am not able to open a tty or ssh to the system. It is exactly like what is described in https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1798961. But none of the solutions worked for me, including removing xserver-xorg-video- intel. I will try using the new kernel.
