Public bug reported: Please review this new upstream version of mpd. 0.12 was released a short time ago, although the release candidates are in Debian experimental. This package is based on 0.12.0~rc3-1, with no changes other than the new upstream tarball and the changelog. It builds fine in a clean Edgy pbuilder.
