I believe this is a duplicate of https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/snapd/+bug/1881350 and I believe this is fixed with later 20.04 LTS images already.
snapd .deb version that includes the fix is 2.45.1+20.04, and core revision 9441.
