i don't know if it is still a problem mean while i switched to booting only gutsy so i can't try to reproduce it maybe other people still have it. judging from the forum thread i guess i was not the only one with this problem. but since i don't dual boot any more i have no clue. so maybe just close the bug untill anyone else reproduced it.
