Public bug reported:

On Ubuntu 20.04, I found 'busybox hwclock -s' failed with "invalid
argument" error, but hwclock of util-linux works well.

On bugzilla of busybox, there's someone reported the same/similar issue:

$ apt policy busybox-static
busybox-static:
  Installed: 1:1.30.1-4ubuntu6.1

  Version table:
 *** 1:1.30.1-4ubuntu6.1 500

$ sudo busybox hwclock -s
hwclock: settimeofday: Invalid argument

I tried to apply the patch on the bugzilla page, and it does resolve the
issue.
