Public bug reported:

I've installed new internal SSD in my machine and trying to install linux
ubuntu in it using bootable usb drive.
Before trying version 16.04 I tried both version 18 and 20 but after I select
my USB as boot device, the screen comes up with distorted text and nothing
happens past that.
Maybe some issue with display driver or motherboard compatibility.
I'm using RTX 2060 with i5 9600K on ASUS ROG Z390.
