Hi, does this issue still happen for you? Before running snap refresh,
please run `snap list`, and `snap refresh --list` and then after running
`snap refresh` please run `snap list` again to show what snaps were
refreshed. If there are no available updates for the channel of the
snapd or core snaps, run `snap switch snapd --channel=edge` to follow
the edge channel which will definitely have a refresh available.
