To be clear, this wants to be a removal + sync blacklist for groovy? We can't actually remove it from Focal, though. The best you can do is to SRU in an empty package (see: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/StableReleaseUpdates#Package_Removals ), but as you can see from there it's not something we often do. Is it OK for it to just be broken (on current Thunderbird/Firefox) in Focal?
