Before marking this as rejected wishlist, I'd appreciate gving some time
to properly report upstream.

Why storing SIP adresses requires a 10MB+ package is a bit beyond my
understanding of good practices in system resources usage. Perhaps you
can see a bug in that ?

Convincing anyone to use Ubuntu beyond the LiveCD and initial install
also includes answering questions and fixing or improving cases of
resources being misused. Tools like Ekiga don't help, specially when
they're are included as a default application and set high expectations.
