Before marking this as rejected wishlist, I'd appreciate gving some time to properly report upstream.
Why storing SIP adresses requires a 10MB+ package is a bit beyond my understanding of good practices in system resources usage. Perhaps you can see a bug in that ? Convincing anyone to use Ubuntu beyond the LiveCD and initial install also includes answering questions and fixing or improving cases of resources being misused.
