I will prepare the sane-backends package appropriately:

1. Spin out sane-escl into its own binary package

2. Recommend sane-airscan

One remark:

sane-escl is actually not developed any more due to sane-airscan, so I
am looking into whether there is an easy and maintainable way to (3)
remove it altogether? WDYT?
