I have similar problems in 950XBE. I tried $sudo hda-verb /dev/snd/hwC0D0 0x1a SET_PIN_WIDGET_CONTROL 0xc5 but there's still no sound from the headphone. Are the pins different for Samsung Notebook 9 Always?
