Same issue on Ubuntu Mate 20.04 with Radeon RX 5600 XT with stock driver and
also with driver version 20.30 (from AMD).
Affected :
- single DP>VGA monitor
- single HDMI>HDMI TV
- dual screens DP>VGA monitor with HDMI>HDMI TV
Another workaround : no issue if set to marco with GPU compositor compton:
`marco-compton`
If upgraded from 18.04 to 20.04 compton is still installed.
