Public bug reported:

Ubuntu 20.04.1, Gnome Shell 3.36.4

I set the Fonts size scaling factor to 1.25 with Gnome Tweaks,
Everything is fine in previous.

But, after some recent Ubuntu update, the font size always fall back to
default size at each startup, and the scaling factor shown in Gnome
Tweaks is still 1.25, but failed to take effect.

Also, if I reset the scaling factor after system startup, everything
will back to normal.
