Public bug reported: I recently did apt update on a virtual box guest - Ubuntu 20.04.1 running under a Kubuntu 20.04.1 host. After the update the guest boots up and I can log into a console session but as soon as I log into a graphical session the vm aborts. This also applies to guests running other flavours of Ubuntu.
The host is running virtualbox 6.1.10-dfsg-1~ubuntu1.20.04.1. Happy to provide further info but not sure what to provide.
