Booted a recent Lubuntu groovy QA-test install; so firefox had been
untouched. Firefox was 78.0.1+1-0build1

- sudo apt install webext-privacy-badger webext-ublock-origin
- loaded firefox; verified it (v78) worked as expected
- sudo apt update; sudo apt full-upgrade
- loaded firefox (v80 now) & it worked as expected

logged out, logged back in & firefox now has privacy-badger & ublock
origin no longer listed. In Add-ons Manager however they are listed and
working. I have to toggle them off, then back on to have them appear.

On closing program, they are both there temporarily but quickly
disappear, requiring me to repeat process or else they aren't working.
