I fogort to tell, that to set the rights solves another problem. Maybe one of you find the right bug report and can change the next ubuntu update. Please mark this update urgent, because its an error I think.
The problem was (sorry I have a german version and I try to guess the english names) System -> Settings -> "Display" -> Fonds The Arial fond was not displayed in the preview windows. There were only empty rectangles.
