Public bug reported:

Receiving an *.ASC file, GPA tries to decrypt the file and crashes, if
the file received is a encrypted and armored public key rather than a
data file that has been encrypted and armored. The file is correctly
processed via the menu IMPORT. While the import button command works, it
cannot handle importing automatically, ie it needs human intervention.
If IMPORT was allows on a commandline it could help determine what type
of input file was being submitted.

My system is Windows 10 64-bit and I use GPG4WIN which includes GPA.EXE
