Several years later, the en_CA package still shows date as %d/%m/%y

$ cat /etc/lsb-release
DISTRIB_ID=Ubuntu
DISTRIB_RELEASE=20.04
DISTRIB_CODENAME=focal
DISTRIB_DESCRIPTION="Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS"

$ LANG=en_CA.UTF-8 locale d_fmt
%d/%m/%y

Was there a regression?
