Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

    - Bumped depends for soname change, gir1.2-hinawa-3.0
  * debian/control
    - Bumped depends for soname change, gir1.2-hinawa-3.0
  * No change rebuild for libhinawa soname change


The Debian package has updated the dependency
