Hi Dan,
Thanks for your message, this system is actually a very old machine that
was recently P2Vd then migrated to AWS. Because of this I think it's going
to be pretty hard for anyone else to reproduce, although it does reproduce
reliably on this system (I had to run through the update multiple times
after restoring snapshots - unrelated to this error).
If there's any system specific you'd like to take note of then please let
me know and I'd be happy to pass them on, otherwise I think we can ignore
this issue.
