Public bug reported:

Trying to upgrade ubuntu 16.04 to 18.04.
Received a message saying to purge unofficial software packages from lauchpad
using ppa-purge package. But i do not know which package to delete. What should
i do? (i'm a beginner to ubuntu)

The message also gave option for me to manually investigate in the
location: /var/log/dist-upgrade. Speciafically to look at main.log and
apt.log.
