Public bug reported:

Hi, today i installed ubuntu 20.04. But while installing, as i was at 'Where
are you' part, i noticed i didn't choose the right keyboard. So i went back and
chamged it Turkish to Turkish Q keyboard, then pressed continue key. but at the
page which had normal installation option was, when i pressed continue key i
got a notif that the ubi-partman was crashed. I didn't have that problem at
first, this happened after i changed my keyboard settings. So i said 'continue
anyway' and installed it. I thought i didn't have any problem but it turns out
i can't use x key. When i use x, ñ showes up. And for the question mark i type
x. I don't know what to do, please help me out. Thanks in advance.
Edit: It's not only keyboard settings by the way, when i try a command in
terminal it fails. I am not sure if there's an another problem or problems.
