No I didn't remove of edit anything. When I run an upgrade I get an error that that file is missing. When I do dpkg --configure -a I get the same message. In order to solve a problem with the screen not blanking I removed gdm3 and lightdm then reinstalled gdm3, that's when the error showed up. gdm3.
