Same problem here with Lenovo V15-ADA Devices. We do have about 60 laptops and nearly all show the same behaviour more or less often. The workaround that helped for me with kernel 5.4.0-54 or lesser was building the amdgpu kernel modules version 20.30. But with upgrade to kernel 5.4.0-56 this no longer works for us. By the way, this error also occurs without LUKS encryption but way less often.
