Title:
Hello, When I was in the process of installing the latest version of
ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS , the process crashed. I restarted my system and
then when I booted Ubuntu, it went fine. I was also able to install
all updates and upgrades, but when I typed ''apt update" , it showed
''Reading package lists... Done E: Could not open lock file
/var/lib/apt/lists/lock - open (13: Permission denied) E: Unable to
lock directory /var/lib/apt/lists/ W: Problem unlinking the file
/var/cache/apt/pkgcache.bin - RemoveCaches (13: Permission denied) W:
Problem unlinking the file /var/cache/apt/srcpkgcache.bin -
RemoveCaches (13: Permission denied)'' . How can I give permission to
this directory?
