Public bug reported: [Impact] pycodestyle error E741 appears when pycodestyle is updated to support Python 3.8 as in focal (see https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/python-flake8/+bug/1883175). These style errors are preventing an SRU of flake8, pyflakes, and pycodestyle.
