Public bug reported:

Package: afl++ 2.60c-1build2

Ubunut Focal on amd64:
Description:    Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS
Release:        20.04

Though afl-fuzz is comipled with external Radamsa mutator enabled, the
Ubuntu package does not include the required libradamsa.so binary.

So, the -R option to afl-fuzz, though advertised in readme.md and in
afl-fuzz output, is not usable. No instructions on how to obtain the
missing libradamsa.so binary are included in the documentation. The
afl++ package does not suggest or recommend any radamsa related package
either.

Output when running 'afl-fuzz -R' :

[+] Using Radamsa add-on

[-] Oops, unable to find the 'libradamsa.so' binary. The binary must be built
    separately using 'make radamsa'. If you already have the binary installed,
    you may need to specify AFL_PATH in the environment.

[-] PROGRAM ABORT : Failed to locate 'libradamsa.so'.
         Location : get_libradamsa_path(), src/afl-fuzz.c:79
