[ 2.603908] platform i2c_designware.0: failed to claim resource 0: [mem 0x00000000-0x000001ff] made me try adding the pci=nocrs option to kernel option, and this has solved the problem. xinput now shows FTCS1000:00 2808:0101 Touchpad id=11 [slave pointer (2)] along with a Mouse option. Touchpad options now show in 'Gnome- settings', and features working. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1904052 Title: Touchpad incorrectly detected as PS/2 mouse on Clevo NL51LU To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1904052/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
