2.4.3-1 is the buggy libshout version.
Please upgrade to Mixxx 2.2.4 which statically links to libshout 2.4.1.
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:mixxx/mixxx
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install mixxx
please report if this solves the issue.
