This claims to be fixed in the 450.57 driver release https://www.nvidia.com/download/driverResults.aspx/162107/en-us Attempting to switch to nvidia-driver-450-server via "Software & Updates" > "Additional Drivers" (for me) reported unmet dependencies for llvm10. Despite this, the driver change still appeared to run.
