Public bug reported:

Hi
Synaptic 0.84.6
in Ubuntu 20.04, when locking Wine version (I want 5.0.3 an not 6.0.0), the
items are highlighted, and seem to be locked, but Synaptic always propose the
last version (6.0.0) as upgrade...Fortunately, the Ubuntu update manager
doesn't propose the upgrade to the new version!
In Ubuntu 18.04 (I 'm in multiboot), I have not this behavior, the items are
locked and Synaptic doesn't propose the new version as upgrade, it seems to be
logical!
Thank you
