QA-test (hirsute) on - hp 8200 elite sff (i5-2400, 8gb, nvidia quadro 600) on adjusting monitor.settings to match my setup, my-top monitor now is black, and top.of.wallpaper is now displayed on my-lower monitor; ie. https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/lxqt-session/+bug/1845756 - this issue is petty & minor (logout & login usually fixes this, but I can't do that currently due to prior issue)...
