Public bug reported:

On a dualboot hdd (Ubuntu & Windows), After february update of Window 10 the 
ubuntu partition has disappeared, (it is now marked as unused) and while 
tryning to reinstall ubuntu there is no possibility of reinstalling the 
grub-loader.
