I did the following options during installation: English language Location Amsterdam Keyboard US English with dead keys Manual partitioning Only format hda1 as / (ext3) Change mountpoint on hda3 to /home (ext3) (I want to keep this one) Change mountpoint on hda4 to /medai/mythtv (xfs) (This is my recording dir) Advanced installation Primary BE+FE Unselect Archive, Browser, Controls, Flix, News and Phone Unselect SSH Service and Samba Service set Mythweb security set MySQL security configure remote --> Windows MCE newer Philips modify Video & Driver settings --> nvidia_new, Composite PAL-G tv-out Unselect Silicon HDHomeRun select XMLTV
