Yes it happens with other users too. Those documents were create by
Microsoft word 2000 and Microsoft Wordpad. After i realised that problem
is caused by actually created two different RTF test files. One with
word and other with wordpad. So the problem seems to be related to rtf
documents originally created by the micrsoft word 2000 and wordpad.

Rtf file type is not open correctly even when in file properties -> Open with
is set correctly to oo-writer
