Steps to replicate:

1. Terminate ayatana-indicator-datetime-service.

2. Run in terminal:

    $ LC_TIME=pl_PL.UTF-8 /usr/libexec/ayatana-indicator-datetime
/ayatana-indicator-datetime-service
