Public bug reported:

So, I saw in the dependencies for the podman package ( on ubuntu's repos
) that it lets you install crun or runc. I remembered on my system that
it defaulted to crun, but when I went to start a container on podman it
was looking for runc by default ( https://imgur.com/Z8aqLwN ( also
attached picture to the submission as well ) ).

Just to test it out, I just did a symlink from crun to /usr/bin/runc and
everything seemed to have worked for the most part. My container started
after it pulled everything down from docker hub.

package I have installed: podman/groovy-updates,now
2.0.6+dfsg1-1ubuntu1.2 amd64

this was the crun that was installed: crun/groovy,now 0.14.1+dfsg-1
amd64

I am on 20.10 ( technically popos 20.10, but the package came from the
universe/admin repos.
