 Step 4 in"Peony(Ubuntu Kylin) in Ubuntu Kylin Desktop amd64" in Hirsute Final 
(version 20210420).
Configuration:x86 Physical machine installation
Actual results:
When the USB flash drive is inserted and the name of the USB flash drive is in 
Chinese, the volume name in the file manager path is displayed as garbled 
characters 
Expected results:
When the USB flash drive is inserted, whether the name of the USB flash drive 
is in Chinese or English, the volume name in the file manager path is displayed 
normally
