GCC can compile a program for multiple GPUs at the same time. Which of them is used (nvptx or gcn or none/host fallback) is chosen at runtime. Hence, installing gcc-10-offload-amdgcn in addition to gcc-10-offload- nvptx should work – you will get a binary which runs on nvptx (and gcn, but that won't affect you).
