The design of some icons has been updated (compare browser with google columns at https://i.imgur.com/HkA3kOz.jpg), overall the look is consistent though and given that these are not part of any documentation or relevant component it's not something that needs an UFe. -- Note: Building the package with focal version of nototools is fine because fonts-noto-color-emoji depends on newer version only for tests and metadata checks which is not needed by our builds.
