Yes seems to be. Did you try to downgrade the mesa driver to an older version ? Mine was 20.0.8 before the crashing update came. It seems that the Focal Fossa LTS is locked to 20.0.4-2... So maybe if we just downgrade to either of these versions we'll get our login screen back !
