I now tried with Kubuntu Hardy Alpha 1. there after the xserver starts,
the same happens. But this time I was able to press Ctrl+Alt+F6 and
changed in the "Device" section, of the xorg.conf file, the Driver of
the graphic device drive, from "intel" to "i810". After restarting the
xserver, it worked fine...
