  I am unable to turn on the IR emitters of my Realtek Semiconductor Corp.
  Integrated Webcam on my Dell Inspiron 5567 laptop. I am using Ubuntu
- 20.04.2 LTS with kernel 5.12.2-051202-generic. Here is the output of

   /dev/video0
   /dev/video1
  
  When I run ffplay /dev/video0 it works but when I run /dev/video1 it
  exits with this error: /dev/video1: Inappropriate ioctl for device
