** Description changed: I am unable to turn on the IR emitters of my Realtek Semiconductor Corp. Integrated Webcam on my Dell Inspiron 5567 laptop. I am using Ubuntu - 20.04.2 LTS with kernel 5.12.2-051202-generic. Here is the output of - lsusb and v4l2-ctl --list-devices: + 20.04.2 LTS with the latest Ubuntu kernel. Integrated_Webcam_HD Bus 001 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub Integrated_Webcam_HD: Integrate (usb-0000:00:14.0-5): /dev/video0 /dev/video1 When I run ffplay /dev/video0 it works but when I run /dev/video1 it exits with this error: /dev/video1: Inappropriate ioctl for device I hope you can help me.
