    - Includes 'netplan set' improvements
  * Keep riscv64 build-time tests disabled
  * Add d/p/0002-tests-tunnels-improve-flaky-wireguard-test-with-wait.patch
  * Fix regression (LP: #1922898), by avoiding to break the ABI
    This reverts the "Added ttl option for tunnels" feature
