Hi, I have done another test and compared the same server running on 4.15.0-136-generic and kernel 4.15.0-142-generic. Collected zabbix CPU utilization graph which is showing the problem from the performance point of view. On 4.15.0-136-generic, the server works normal and there are no processes stuck on 99% iowait. On 4.15.0-142-generic it is not working at all and rsync, pg_receivewal or dd processes are hanging with iowait 99%. I attached the zabbix graph to this bug.
